Here's my take on whole wheat crepe with trout roe & fat-free yoghurt, as I am a fan of savoury than sweet crepes
Recipe for one (3 crepes) ♡
↠ ½ cup of whole wheat flour
↠ ⅓ cup of semi-skimmed milk
↠ 1 egg
↠ less than 1 tablespoon of melted butter
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Place a spoonful of batter onto pan on medium heat. Lift and rotate the pan for the batter to spread into a thin layer. Place pan back onto the heat to cook until the top of the crepe looks dry. Run a spatula under the edges of the crepe, gently loosen it from the pan.
Flip crepe onto plate to cool. Add in toppings and enjoy!
Feel free to use the whole wheat #crepe recipe for other variations, i.e. Peanut butter & #banana, ham & cheese... Be creative
