Here's my take on whole wheat crepe with trout roe & fat-free yoghurt, as I am a fan of savoury than sweet crepes Recipe for one (3 crepes) ♡ ↠ ½ cup of whole wheat flour ↠ ⅓ cup of semi-skimmed milk ↠ 1 egg ↠ less than 1 tablespoon of melted butter Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Place a spoonful of batter onto pan on medium heat. Lift and rotate the pan for the batter to spread into a thin layer. Place pan back onto the heat to cook until the top of the crepe looks dry. Run a spatula under the edges of the crepe, gently loosen it from the pan. Flip crepe onto plate to cool. Add in toppings and enjoy!
